CHAART is a mobile-first progressive web app concept designed to help churches track attendance growth across multiple services in a simple, visual, and intuitive way. Designed by Kraftah, a UI/UX design company and product design agency in Nigeria, the platform transforms raw attendance data into meaningful growth insights through clean interaction design, responsive data visualization, and an easy-to-use interface optimized for both technical and non-technical users.
The Challenge
Many churches still rely on spreadsheets, notebooks, or fragmented systems to monitor attendance trends across services and programs. These methods often make it difficult to quickly identify growth patterns, compare service performance, or maintain consistent records over time. The challenge was to design a lightweight digital product that simplifies church attendance tracking while remaining visually engaging, easy to navigate, and accessible on mobile devices.
From a UI UX design perspective, the product needed to feel extremely simple despite handling multiple attendance tracks, data inputs, and graph visualizations. The experience also had to support fast interaction for users recording attendance during or immediately after services.
The Solution
Our product design research revealed that users needed three core things:
A fast way to record attendance
A clear visual representation of growth trends
A distraction-free mobile experience
We also discovered that many existing church management platforms felt overly complex and administrative. Users responded more positively to interfaces that felt lightweight, modern, and focused on one primary task. This insight shaped the minimalist UI system and mobile-first interaction patterns used throughout the app.
As a UI UX design agency, we focused heavily on reducing cognitive load through clean layouts, large touch targets, smooth animations, and simplified navigation patterns.

Kraftah designed CHAART as a clean progressive web app with a streamlined attendance tracking experience centered around visual growth monitoring. The homepage provides quick access to different attendance tracks such as Sunday Services and Midweek Services, while each track features a responsive line graph that updates dynamically as new attendance data is entered.
